We keep our rules simple so your stay is easy and relaxed. Please read this short guide before you arrive. If anything is unclear, message us and we will help.

- Early check in or late check out depend on availability. Please ask in advance.
Guests and visitors
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Day visitors are welcome with prior notice.
- Please keep noise low, especially at night. We are in a residential lane.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10.00 pm to 7.00 am.
- No parties or loud music. Thank you for understanding the neighbours.
Smoking and alcohol
- No smoking inside rooms. You may use the outdoor area.
- Please dispose of cigarette waste safely.
- Moderate alcohol use is fine. Please keep glass bottles away from children and steps.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. If approved, a small cleaning fee may apply.
Children and safety
- Families are welcome. Please share children ages when booking.
- Keep an eye on children around steps, balconies and kitchen items.
- We can provide a baby cot on request, subject to availability.
Kitchen use
- You are welcome to cook simple meals.
- Please keep the pantry and appliances clean after use.
- Turn off the gas and unplug small appliances after cooking.
- Do not leave food uncovered to avoid insects.
Laundry
- The Studio Apartment has a washing machine for guest use.
- Do not overload the machine. Follow the basic instructions placed nearby.
- Drying is in the outdoor area or a drying rack if provided. Please do not hang wet clothes on room furniture.
Housekeeping and linens
- For stays of three nights or more we provide a basic clean and a linen change on schedule.
- Extra cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.
- Please do not use bath towels at the beach.
Waste and care for the space
- Use the bins provided. Separate wet and dry waste where possible.
- Do not flush sanitary items or wipes.
- Report spills or damages quickly so we can fix them.
Energy and water
- Please switch off air conditioning, fans and lights when you go out.
- Close doors and windows when AC is on.
- Use water carefully during dry months.
Parking and Transport
- Parking is street or onsite depending on space.
- We can help arrange airport pickup and local transport at a fair price.
Payment, deposit and ID
- We accept cash or bank transfer. Card facility on request if available.
- An advance may be requested to secure busy dates.
- A valid ID is required for check in for at least one guest in each apartment.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to the window confirmed in your quote.
- Inside the window, the advance may be kept to cover the blocked dates.
- No show may result in a charge for the first night or full stay, depending on the booking agreement. We always try to be fair. Please talk to us if your plans change.
Damage and lost items
- Please treat the apartment with care.
- Guests are responsible for the cost of damages caused during the stay.
- We are not responsible for valuables left unattended. Use bags with locks and keep important items with you.
